You could be journaling about me!! Like Jo-Anne said, we can probably all attest to the fact we have had those moments of...UGH!!! Someone once shared with me that it is normal to travel down into the valley, as long as we don't put up camp there! No, we must press on and work our way back up the mountain & hopefully each time we spend a little less time in the valley & go a little higher up the mountain!
