Made this for a challenge at SBE.
Translation:
Sometimes I get cravings for real cheesecake with lots of strawberry jam- Cheesecake from Småland.
Explanation: Småland is a part of Sweden, and they traditionally make this fab cheesecake, not at all like the American Cheesecakes. It's made with almonds and has a very special taste. You heat it and eat it with jam. Yummy!
