Mom was tall and slim with beautiful Auburn hair and a smile that lit up the room. She sewed her own clothes and loved keeping up with the latest of styles. Music filled our home as she sang and played her guitar, mandolin and violin. She worked as a legal secretary and taught dancing with Dad in the evenings. Grandma Ivy came to live with us when I was born and helped take care of the home and us children when Mom and Dad where at work In the Summer we would go camping, take swimming lessons and visit our cousins in the country. I am blessed to have so many wonderful memories of my childhood!
