Jessica Sprague's "Extracting a Pattern to Create an Overlay" tutorial helped me create this layout with materials by by Katie Pertiet, available at Designer Digitals. Quote is from Alan Beck and reads, "A little girl can be sweeter (and badder) oftener than anyone else in the world. she can jitter around, and stomp, and make funny noises that frazzle your nerves.
