I used Once Upon a Princess Cricut Cartridge.
I used my Gypsy to remove the 1 candle on the cupcake and to make the yellow scallop for the card.

Glitter ~ Martha Stewart
Sprayed the tops of the cupcake and 3 with Glimmer Mist.
