Although I am glad I have this one photo of my first kitty I do wish it were better quality. She was a cute calico, but the pic here isn't very good.


Journaling- When I was a little girl I wanted a kitty really bad! I remember the day my mom took me to the Humane Society to get one. I was so happy on the drive there. I remember walking through the room where the cats were and looking at each one. I wanted to take them all, but I chose a tiny little calico kitten. My mom helped me name her Joy after my kindergarten teacher. I loved my kitty. I dressed her up in dolly clothes and walked her around in a doll stroller. She was my baby. I'm glad I have this photo because I remember a lot more about what it felt like to have her than I remember what she looked like.
