For ADSR 5 challenge 5
Items included:
* ribbon
* button
* staple
* 2 papers
* stitching
* frame
* flower
* alpha
* chocolate (in recipe, as alpha, and in photo)
Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 sticks of butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups of sugar
1-1/2 cups of flour
1 Tbsp of Almond extract
food colouring
1 jar of apricot or raspberry jam
vegetable oil
1 package of chocolate morsels
Mix all ingredients (except jam and food colouring) together into a cake batter. Divide batter into three equal prtions in separate bowls; add food colouring to each - red, green, yellow. Grease pans and pour batter into sepearte pans (small brownie size). Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, and then on rack. Spread jam between each layer as you stack them, as well as on top layer. Cut into four long strips and seperate each section. Adding 5Tbsp of vegetable oil, melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Spread melted chocolate on all sides of each strip of cookes, except bottom. Place in freezer for 30 mins. Wrap in waxed paper and keep in freezer until ready to use. Thaw at room temperature as you need them.
