I decided to create a simple cover, so that the book and its pages will take center stage. But the items on the cover do hold special meaning to me.
My kitty, Sunshine, the most amazing brat in the world.
The skull, I have been called in medicine since I was 14 years old...and I do believe I make a difference in the lives of patients even though they never meet me.
The heart, I am strong and have love for those I encounter.
The butterfly, I love nature and the wonder of all life.
The clock, to remind me to remember to take time out to pray, me time, and time for friends and family.
