This is a book I'm doing for friends. They adopted a dog who was displaced during Hurricane Katrina. Turned out he had a severe seizure disorder and they had to put him to sleep a couple of years later - very sad time for them.
I used a template by Camie Designs and United for Peace by Benilda Scraps, both at Faith Sisters.
