I am not sure if this is truly a bad habit or just an everyday routine that has gotten out of hand =) But every day I head over to my local Starbucks and get a drink. On the days that I work I get an iced Green Tea. On my days off I treat myself to an iced nonfat chai. Maybe it’s the fun of drinking thru a straw, or the fact that it has just become part of my routine. But I suppose if all the baristas in town know my name and fix my drink the minute I walk thru the door; it might be time to cut back…just a tad!
