My DH is a truck-driver for his life-long friend. They have worked together most all their lives in the recycled metal business. He is a good man, a wise man and a man very much set in its own ways!
Sometimes when he starts 'preaching his sermons', I will jokingly say "Listen to that ole crow carry on!" So I had to scrap a page with him with Kimmi's new COUNTRY CROWS KIT
I searched the internet to find a clever quote, and I found one from Henry Wadsworth Longfellow:
"Even the blackest of them all, the crow, Renders good service as your man-at-arms..."
So I borrowed from him. The rather crude and matter-of-fact comment sounds like something he would say so I am lovingly returning the favor, lol!
