JOURNALING: Jim hasn’t always loved roller coasters. When he was little, he and I would ride the Merry Go Round over and over again while Meg & Michael rode all the roller coasters. But pretty soon he got over his fear and then there was no stopping him. He has traveled all over the United States and Europe just to ride the world’s greatest roller coasters. One of the reasons he majored in civil engineering in college was due to his desire to design and build roller coasters. He hasn’t had that opportunity yet, but knowing him, once he sets his mind to something it will happen.
