This is the left hand side of a two page layout. Psalm 121, as a song, has been one of my favorite worship choruses. Growing up nestled between the Cascade Mountain Range and the Olympic Mountain Range, it always spoke to me. .. that my God was greater than these mountains that many Pacific Northwest outdoor enthusiasts worshipped. It seemed natural to choose this verse for Protector… where does my help come from? I blended one of my photos of Mount Lassen and Manzanita Lake ( on the southern end of the Cascade Range and in northern California) using a mask from Penny Springmann, over the top of a photo of my Grandma’s Bible where she had marked “9/14/91 Theresa”. I remember the day and discussing with her about how I enjoyed singing the Vineyard song of Psalm 121 at church. The background paper comes from Krystal Hartley’s Angels kit and the title letters are from Eva Lindqvist’s Faith, Love, Hope Kit which I am using for all of my His Holy Name layout. The font on the verse is CK Frankfurt. Thank you for looking.
