This is the right hand side of a two page layout. The background paper is from Krystal Hartley’s Angels kit . This is mostly journaling to explain my connection and feelings of God as protector. My childhood was fairly difficult and I witnessed God’s protection many times. I am so thankful for all the things He kept from happening to me. Things weren’t easy but they could have been much worse! In my marriage to the man I believe God hand picked just for me, we have walked through much grief hand in hand. When I nestle into my husband’s chest and we pray together, I know that God is both loving and protecting me through my Husband. So, the picture I chose and blended with a mask from Penny Springmann, is my Husband. Even though you cannot see his face, it is one of my favorite photos of him. It was taken at Tuolumne Meadows at Yosemite National Park. We love exploring photography together and in this picture I see the man I love participating in my life! I love that we can share so much together. The hymn of course, is Martin Luther’s A Mighty Fortress. When I am hurting or being attacked, I can run to the Strong Tower of my Father God and He protects me. Singing the words to this song bolsters my faith. The fonts used are Garamond for journaling and CK Frankfurt for Scripture and titles. Thank you for looking.
