This building has been a significant part of my life and the history, of where I am from.
In the early 1920s the Home of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America started building their huge complex. Many years later, my uncle would be one of them that finished it. It was later updated and became my church, Carpenters Home Church.. They always had beautiful gardens, a serene cemetary and golf course. It was in the town I grew up in.
