I created this with a plain wooden frame. I painted green with some MM paint. I used the paper/ cloud from the new kit "Singing in the Rain" [ link ] by Meredith Cardall at ES. I then added some whimsical white chipboard letters. Adding blue gems and some American Crafts ribbon.
