In 2006 I lost my best California friend to cancer and still miss her so much, even though I know she is with the Lord. We met in Precept Bible study. Then she came along side me when I had a one year old and was pg with twins becuase she knew I was far away from family. She continued to come every Monday as I had 3 children under 2 for quite some time. We explored her hobby farm, road toddler trikes (she did too!), went to the park and just sat to gab. She was a gift from God to me at a time I needed it most. This layout is a good example of why you NEED to take pictures of the people you love. I only have a handful of shots (and I'm a photographer!) that are more snapshot in nature. They are not photographic jewels, but I treasure each one and the memories they hold. This 8 photo frame from Willro & Co Designs' All Crinkled kit was perfect to highlight the memories. I'll do another page with more personal journaling so that the story of the photos will be told. To help it pop, I added a background red paper from her cute Chugga Chugga kit. Font is CK Stenography.
