Okay, go ahead and laugh but when I get an idea, I need room! (You should see me when I paper scrap! Lol) Not only am I going to do 12 x 12 for the His Holy Name challenge, but I am going to do two page spreads. This is going to be a good project for me this year as my stepdad Jack begins his cancer conquering journey. It is going to be good for me (and my Mom) to focus on WHO He is and not on WHAT is happening in our lives. For each attribute, I want to journal about how it applies to my personal life and how He has displayed that to me. I was inspired by Cheryl’s GORGEOUS Holy, Holy, Holy layout to use photographs of my Grandma’s Bible since she was instrumental in my coming to know the Lord and it has her wonderful notes and hand writing in it! Also I want to incorporate some family photos and some of my photography because I think that the things we see and know are ways that God explains himself to us. With the except of the swirl element, which came from Digizines by Teri’s Charm Alpha Page kit at Heritage Scrap, everything is from Faith Sisters. The background papers are from Eva Lindqvist’s Faith, Love, Hope Kit and the journaling mat is from Dahlia Co’s contribution to the Faith Sister’s Creative Team Collaboration kit. The cursive font is CKFrankfurt from Creating Keepsakes and the main journaling font is Garamond. I’ll maintain these throughout for unity. Thanks for looking. Sorry the description was so long!
