JOURNALING:


I resolve to be disciplined. In my mind a resolution is about life change, a shift, something you are going to alter within yourself now and forevermore. Discipline is about a small consistent practice, something I’m going to add (or subtract) from my life on a regular basis. It’s a process. A process that I hope brings change. A discipline that I grew weary of, that got lost in the business of life, lost in the business of servitude, a discipline that I lost sight of, a discipline that I let become mundane work.
This year I will focus on this one small but major discipline… . .. to be in the Word faithfully.
Getting back to the heart of worship.
My prayer is that I may find joy in the New Year as I grow in the disciplines that Christ laid before me.


Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. ~1 Corinthians 15::58

This is fabulous, I love the photo of the Bible with the pages formed into a heart shape to illustrate your title. The journaling is wonderful, going in my faves!
