Journaling:
The first Bible story I remember hearing was when I was in elementary school. I had found a book of my Mom's that I hadn't noticed before. The cover was white leather and it had a zipper around it's edges....making it very intriguing! I'm not sure how she saw me with it, but somehow she did and explained to me that it was her great grandmother's Bible and that it was given to her. She then told me the story of Joseph and his coat of many colors. -I remember being drawn in by the drama in the story and not believing all he went through. Of course, years later I understood his trials better and how God had used them in Joseph's life.

Bible story favorites:
Hannah/Samuel
Noah & the Ark
Abe & Isaac
Ruth
Daniel & the lions
Hosea
Jonah
Feeding of 5000
Esther
Christ's resurrection

Great stories and I will be teaching many of them in Children's Worship this year...I also really like color blocking great addition to this layout. Your story is very touching too.

This is so great. Love the quilt effect and the school paper that the journaling was written on. Thanks for sharing.
