My son is sooooo hard on glasses.
Text: Why is it so hard for an 8 year old boy to keep his glasses intact? For the same reason, I suppose, that it’s impossible for a pair of his jeans to last more than 6 weeks without blown-out knees, and the knowledge I have that bruises, scrapes, cuts, dried tree sap and random other marks are inevitably going to cover his skin. And the crazy thing (or not so crazy, I suppose) is that Sabrina, Trey’s mini-me is just as hard on her glasses at 3. She’s on her 3rd pair, while he’s on maybe his 5th?!?
