Journaling: Rejoice, O my heart, and cry unto the Lord, and say: O Lord, I will praise thee forever; yea, my soul will rejoice in thee, my God, and the rock of my salvation. (2 Nephi 4:30)
Peter and John, full of hope, ran to the tomb that Easter morning, when they heard from Mary Magdalene that Christ lived. Likewise, that hope in His life and His atonement brings me joy and fills my life with purpose.
My testimony of my Savior Jesus Christ is one of my most prized possessions. There is hope and joy in my life because of the Gospel. I find answers for my deepest questions, for my marriage, and for motherhood in the scriptures and prayer. As I look at these paintings I see that hope and the Savior whom I love, full of love and truth. He adores children, and He truly is the Son of God.
And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach
of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins. (2Nephi 25:26)
And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children. (Isaiah 54:13)
