Journaling: Knowing God’s will for my life has always been something that I have struggled with, especially when it seems like either decision could be the right one. Just recently, I had to make a decision about serving in a ministry in the same capacity I have been serving or working more hours in our family business, which God had blessed with growth. My husband had said the decision was ultimately up to me and that he’d support whatever I thought the Lord wanted me to do. With much prayer and Bible reading God finally gave me the answer on what to do. The circumstances at work were becoming more revealing that I needed to help my husband there and God gave me a scripture that I had read a million times before, yet leaped off at me and just about smacked me in the head! Once I had scripture confirming what I was to do I felt such a sense of peace that the Lord wanted me to serve Him by serving my husband and our business.
