I've used the kit "Not easy being Green" by Kiki Halbert available at [ link ]
Journaling:
We loved always grassy fields with a lot of trees.
What are we thankfull for the chance to live
at a place with our lovely trees all
around us and grass in the garden.
Our children can play football,
we can picknick in our garden...
so we can live with the fact that
we must mow the grass every week
