God does work in mysterious ways
We are so far removed from God
in our power and wisdom that
we often question "Why?"
However, Romans 8:28 reads,
"And we know that all things
work together for the good
to those who love God..."
And so it was that on this day
as we said our
final goodbyes
to Mamaw Noni
mixed with our
tears of grief
was great joy
for Michael had
came home from Iraq,
Nicholas was able to come
home for the funeral, and
Matthew had accepted
Christ as His Savior
just moments after
Mamaw's spirit left her
earthly body to spend
eternity with our Lord.
Great Mamaw Ruby was
so pleased that they
all came to visit her
as proof to answered prayers
