This is a picture of my Dad taken when he was in the Navy. It was taken in France & I made the little french flag from cardstock the journalling is on the back & tells a funny story of an incident which happened when he was there!!!!! It doesn't show up too well but I sewed an anchor in each corner of the fabric surrounding the photo with garden twine!!!!!
