I used one half of a flip flop cutting off the plastic part that holds your foot on. I rethreaded with ribbon. Each page was created digitally and then printed out. The back of each page is blank didi paper that matches. I cut thin chipboard for each page using the flip flop as a template. I Mod Podged it all together. I put a star eyelet on each page to make the ribbon go through easier. I added more ribbon to the front and a few mini white tags with digi star elements added.
