While running errands today I couldn't keep my eyes off the sky...the beautiful blue and scattered, huge, billowing, while clouds. It started me thinking about when I was a kid. I came home, uploaded the photos and made this simple, yet dear to my heart layout.
Remember when...you were a kid and you used to lie on your back in the grass and look for shapes in the clouds? There's a dog. Oh, and there's a giant mushroom! With your imagination the possibilities were endless. You didn't care about chiggers or ants or whether or not a dog watered the exact spot where you were lying. You only cared about the moment you were in. And sometimes, if you really focused on the clouds above, you would almost feel like you were floating. Remember how you could imagine reaching up and pulling piece of the cloud off and eating just like cotton candy or a marshmellow? And then, if the breeze was blowing just right, you would drift off to sleep only to dream about being enveloped by a huge cotton ball!!! Do you remember? I sure do.
