Faith Discovery Challenge #2 -{Time For Change}
Journaling:
In the beginning of my walk with the Lord, I spent every waking moment
devoting my time to God. Every single day I hungered to know more about
Jesus and He would speak to me in ways I never could’ve imagined.
Life was good and I felt so free as I walked closely with my Lord.
Over the years, life got crowded with so many responsibilities and
therefore, my relationship with the Lord wasn’t as intimate as I
would’ve liked it to be. Even though I still went to church & spent
whatever time I could find to be with Lord, it wasn’t as satisfying as
those first moments I once had with Him. This year, I’m ready to change
my priorities to put Him first and allow Him to be the center of my life.
Even if it means spending every morning in His presence reading His word,
praying down on my knees, or singing praises--He needs to be first before
anything else. I know that this will bring about so many great changes
not only to my life but, to the lives aorund me. Hopefully, this time
around, my relationship with Him will never change except to keep growing
stronger and stronger than never before...
