"For whatsoever things were written aforetime, were written for our learning that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope." Romans 15:4
This verse provides me great comfort. It assures me that what we read in our bibles IS God's word and when we realize this, we realize that there is HOPE for eternal life. I find comfort in the knowledge that God's plan was in place before my life began and will continue after my life on earth has ended.
