Journaling reads: In just about everything I do these days, that's my mantra. One by one. I just don't have the energy to focus on much more than that. I am happy to be where I am, doing what I'm doing - but yes, I admit, I'm tired. I can't focus much past the day at hand or I find myself in that out-of-control spiral of "how do I deal with it all". That doesn't do me any good, so I don't allow myself to go there. I just keep going. One day at a time. One by one.
