There is a Microbiological term for when you have an agar plate of bacteria that is not mixed with anything else…it’s called a pure culture. Since my layout was about my mixed up heart at work, I wanted to put the focus back on God who is the only one who can give me a pure heart…a pure culture~
I LOVED the Collaboration kit…thank you sooo much...just wish I could have figured out a way to use all the goodies =)

JOURNALING:
I have been very disappointed with my work situation lately. A few months ago I even looked into early retirement. I got the paper work started and was really looking forward to cutting back on my workweek. Unfortunately I was told that I was too young to qualify for the program. Talk about major disappointment~! Ever since then I have been unhappy. The stress and pressure has been more than I can handle. Each time I am given an extra project I am more resentful than grateful. I have come home in tears of frustration, begging Michael to find other work that will carry benefits so I can quit altogether. But then I thought of my mantra ~Live in such a way that those who know you but don’t know God, will come to know God because they know you~ And I realized, that I am a witness in my workplace. What kind of impression am I making with this negative attitude? I should be very thankful that I even have a job. I should be very thankful that I have this job. I turned down three job offers because I specifically prayed for the opportunity to work at this hospital and I trusted and believed God would answer my prayer. And He did. So I have prayed for Him to renew my spirit in regards to my work situation and to help my heart be pure in it’s gratitude for His gift to me~
