About
Krystal:
I started scrapbooking in 1996 when my daughter was an infant. I had been researching and praying about ways to preserve the precious memories of her new life and was blessed to hear a wonderful presentation by a CM consultant at my church. I was awed and amazed at her perfectly cut circles, colorful pages, and creative memory keeping. The next day, I purchased a corner rounder and a circle cutter. Within 48 hours, I was even pursuing my own CM career…which lasted just a few short years, falling victim to the huge surge in amazing scrapbooking products available at my favorite craft stores and in the quaint boutiques of local entrepreneurs.
Over the next few years, I continued to obsess over
new patterns and textures and cool embellishments and ways to organize
it all. It eventually led me to a successful enterprise with TLC in
2003, giving me amazing design and publishing opportunities. As with
all things, there is a time and season, and TLC was replaced by other
interests and priorities in the summer of 2007. I'm excited about continuing
my digital design endeavors, and in particular, providing faith-based
products to help my sisters share their testimonies of Christ.
I am blessed to be married to the most wonderful man
on earth and to be mother to two children. I'm a native to Texas, currently
residing in a Dallas suburb. I love crime scene dramas, Tetris, SuDoku
and World of Warcraft (which I play with my family). Whether I'm workin'
or scrappin', you'll find me groovin' to a mix of Top 40 music from
the 60's to today, singin' along …especially to songs with great
harmony. I'm a bit of a night owl and relish sleeping in whenever I
get the chance, so don't call me before 10 AM.
